Permitless open and concealed carry for 21+ eligible adults since 2019-07-01 (SB 150). A provisional Concealed Deadly Weapons License (CDWL) for 18-20 year olds was added in 2026. Optional CDWL available for reciprocity and NICS bypass.

Loaded handgun may be carried in a private vehicle without a permit by qualifying adults 21+. No statutory duty to inform on traffic stops.
